COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Appetizer Instructions:
Total preparation time: 45 minutes
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO BAKE.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place frozen appetizer about an inch apart on baking sheet.
Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown with crisp bottom.
Remove from baking sheet to serving platter.
NEVER MICROWAVE FILO PRODUCTS.

 

Pastitsio and Moussaka Instructions:
THAW IN REFRIGERATOR BEFORE COOKING

REMOVE LID!!
Thawing time: Allow 24 hours for 12 piece pan and 36-40 for 28 piece pan.
Cooking time: 12 piece = 1 1/2 hours and 28 piece = 2 1/2 hours.
Setting time: Additional 15-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pan into oven...pan is heavy...hold pan from BOTTOM for extra support.
Bake 12-piece pan for one hour (internal temperature 165) and top a bubbly golden brown.
Bake 28-piece pan for two hours (internal temperature 165) and top a bubbly golden brown.
If top is not golden, bake another 15-30 minutes.
Remove from oven. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Cut desired pieces and serve.
Leftovers can be reheated in microwave.

 

Spanakopita and Tiropita:

Total preparation time: 1 1/2 hours
REMOVE LID!

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO BAKE.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pan in oven and bake one hour until golden brown.
Be sure bottom is brown and crispy before removing from oven. If not, bake another 15-30 minutes.
Pieces are scored, cut through scorings and serve.
NEVER MICROWAVE FILO PRODUCTS.
